●2 section temperature to control injection speed, back pressure and screw speed, achieving stepless adjustment. Suitable for all kinds of engineering plastic parts’ molding.

●Fixed bottom platen and movable upper platen to position insertion well. Equipped with ejector device for the finished product.

●Equipped with Nitriding steel screw and feed pipe, high torque hydraulic motor drive and multi section injection pressure to create excellent plastify.

●Equipped with electrical protection device to avoid wrong operation and ensure safety of repair.

●Feed pipe lifting and falling to make cleaning easy and improve operating efficiency.
