Single Slide Injection Molding Machine Series:

●Equipped with joint die structure of direct pressure and operation device of high-speed clamping and slow-speed locking with low pressure to ensure the safety of mold and high speed and to increase production.

●Special hydraulic injection structure with built-in pressure tracing compensation device to ensure high-speed injection rate and stable injection pressure and secondary injection pressure maintaining design to make products of high quality and high precision.

●3 section temperature to control injection speed, back pressure and screw speed and achieve stepless adjustment. Suitable for all kinds of engineering plastic parts’ molding.

●Fixed bottom platen and movable upper platen to position insertion well. Equipped with ejector device for the finished product.

●Equipped with Nitriding steel screw and feed pipe, high torque hydraulic motor drive and multi section injection pressure to create excellent plastify.

●Equipped with electrical protection device to avoid wrong operation and ensure safety of repair.

●Automatic lifting injection device and automatic cleaning device to make replacement of mold raw material easy.

●Single slide table with bottom platen inserting outside and finished product ejecting outside to ensure safety and improve efficiency.
